  I asked the preacher if the church would play the bells at noon only so it would be special and helpful to the neighborhood. ..they are too loud and disruptive all day long 7 days a week..he was quite entitled acting and indifferent. He doesn't live local so he isn't affected...I don't think he is a nice man
